7002 Epoxy Plastic

2K Epoxy Plastic Bonder - is a two-component adhesive, suitable for professional use due to its quick fastening and mechanical resistance when bonding of all types of plastic parts (PVC, ABS/PC, PET and Acrylic): bumpers, headlights, rear lights, radiator, brackets, spoilers… etc. Excellent water resistance. The product develops high strength on a variety of materials and is water resistant. This adhesive is a general purpose adhesive that is ideal for many DIY applications. Due to its medium viscosity and fast fixing at room temperature it is easy to apply.

• High adhesion and final strength up to 120 Kg/cm2

Application:

for best results clean and degrease parts. Roughen smooth surfaces using abrasives or sandpaper. Remove cap, puncture seal of both resin and hardener. Squeeze equal amounts from both tubes and mix thoroughly until uniform colour. Apply a thin coat to both surfaces as soon as possible and combine them immediately. Any excess should be  removed immediately with organic solvents.

IMPORTANT: Processing in <5 min. Hand tight <30min. Final curing 24h
